A tutor is a person who registers and maintains an account with Universal Tuition Link. Maintaining account means tutor's status is available and accepts requests from customers. When a tutor is available, information disclosed to public include name, gender, occupation, preferred area for teaching, the level of subjects and subjects the tutor is interested in teaching, photo of that tutor, assignment taken, date of registration and the tutor's rating.

Though we make every effort to preserve users’ privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
