| Registration Requirements |
|

|
Registering to be a Tutor with Universal Tuition Link is free. However, Universal Tuition Link reserves all rights to decline your application to register. You must reside in Singapore and must be 18 years old and above with a minimum of 'O' Level qualification or diploma. |
| Assignment |
|
|
|
Once you accepted the tuition assignment, you must be committed to tuition for at least a month or no tuition fee will be paid. |
| The customer will want to check your qualification certificate on the first lesson. |
In the event that the customer deems you unsuitable for the assignment after the first lesson and terminates before the second lesson, Universal Tuition Link will not levy any commission from you and the customer will not be obligated to pay for the first lesson. You will be informed of suitable assignments in the future. |

| Description of Tutors |
|

|
Universal Tuition Link attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Universal Tuition Link does not guarantee the description of the tutor is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. |
| Place of Tuition |
|
|
|
The assigned tutor will teach at the residence of the customer by default unless otherwise indicated by you and you are to provide a reasonable environment for the conduct of lessons. |
| Tuition Rates |
|
|
|
The rate of charges will follow the tuition rates from Universal Tuition Link unless otherwise stated. Universal Tuition Link reserve the rights to change the rates at anytime and will explicitly state on the website if we do so. However, the rate stated at the time the request is submitted will hold even if changes to the rates are made later. |
| First Lesson |
|
|
|
On the first lesson or upon meeting up, you need to request the tutor to present his/her credentials and qualifications for validation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tutor's credentials and qualifications are satisfactory. In the event you wish to terminate the services of the assigned tutor and wish to change the tutor, you have to do so after the first lesson and before the second lesson. You are deemed to have accepted the assigned tutor after the second lesson. If you cancel the tuition before the second lesson, there are no charges. If you cancel the tuition after the second lesson, you are required to pay the tuition fees of all the lessons you have received including the first lesson. |
| Change of Tutor |

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tutor, you can call Universal Tuition Link for a change of tutor. You are entitled to unlimited changes of tutors at no cost. However, you must inform Universal Tuition Link before the second lesson. |
